I particularly enjoyed the beautiful interior garden, which was a lovely spot to relax after a busy day in the city. The breakfast served each morning was a highlight, prepared with care and offering a delightful start to the day. Our room was clean and had a peaceful garden view, enhancing the tranquil experience.

the room I received woudl ve been better suited for a storage closet, defintely not a luxury hotel! As for the sewage smell in the other room, how unsanitary is that? I really expected a complimentary gesture, but guess they only roll out the red carpet for certain guests. Quite disappointed, almost left a glowing review but just couldn’t.

I arrived to find a room that did not match my reservation. The staff was inflexible, and an email was sent the day before, but I saw it too late. The noise from the nearby kitchen and entrance was unbearable at times.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, providing early breakfast for our day trips and friendly advice for local attractions, creating a comforting homelike atmosphere.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby Tanneries, which were fascinating and vibrant. The food at the Riad was an unforgettable experience. every meal was fresh and bursting with local flavors. Our kids loved the spacious family room with an enchanting garden view.
